A Smarter and Better Solution
We tried a more expensive vendor initially, but unfortunately, we weren’t happy with the experience. The configuration process was overly complicated, and we received very little useful feedback about which files were actually being indexed. By comparison, WebEquipe was much more responsive and straightforward to work with. They even went the extra mile and added some functionality to the plugin based on our specific requirements. That level of responsiveness made both my client and me very happy. We’re very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend WebEquipe.

Stellar Support -- Does What it Says!
These app people have the most stellar response and support: contacted them twice for small hiccups and, within 24 hours, app adjusted! App does as we hoped: providing a searchable index page for 100s of linked PDF files, 60+ years of board minutes. Keyword feature works well and, upon request, they added option to sort by file name which was perfect since we had set up field names with dates. Well done!
