Great customer service & CSS work
I'm setting up my eSIM business and used Woocategory Pro for the category grids for product regions / countries. I had some areas that required custom CSS work and the support team went above and beyond and showed great attentiveness to resolve any issues that came up. My experience (not as a web designer) is that issues tend to come up on all plugins that require something more than a basic set up, however I can confirm that Woocategory Pro stayed communicative, positive and worked with me until I got the product on my category grids that I required. Great work guys and I would be happy to recommend you to people who are building a website and navigating this arena for the first time. Cheers

Great Support from Pulak
I first purchased a category slider from PluginEver it did much the same as the shaped plugin. Both left the original categories from my theme. THE DIFFERENCE was that PluginEver refused to offer support. Pulak at Shaped Plugin gave me custom css to customise the sliders.

Fabulous Plugin A+++
What a treat to come across a plugin that does so much and is easy to use. It adds so much polish and prestige to my client's website. I upgraded to the Pro Version because of the plugin's design flexibility. I had one small support need unique to my eCommerce website, and their team communicated immediately to help unravel the conundrum. It was a Wordpress-based issue, not necessarily the plugin, but the support group indicates they will develop a "fix" in the rare event other users encounter it.
