Error galore - slow and rude support
Please don't buy this plugin full with erroneous code. Even their paid support is terrible. They don't listen, they don't fix and they are even rude on top of it. Clearly, a quickly bad developed plugin with a bad architecture and terrible coding and usability. Like many plugins for wordpress their heart isn't in it, badly tested so if it works it works, if there is an issue you're scr*WD. Cheers!

Versatile gift card plugin for many purposes
I have both Lite and Pro version installed on multiple sites. The plugin has been evolved better during the years. The settings are versatiles. I like the PDF and possibility to create the PDF looking for the shop's own brand. Support was thorough also when I had a problem.

Quick support and solution
Quick support and solution. For the chat on their website and via email. All-in-all happy with them!

No refund policy and bad customer support
This plugin did not work on my website and was also very clunky. Asked for a refund within two hours of downloading it and they did not grant it despite multiple requests. Bad customer service. Will never use again.
