  • Quantidade de dígitos do Ano de vencimento do cartão

    Existe um erro grotesco no checkout da rede: o ano de vencimento do cartão precisam ser 4 dígitos. MAS ISSO NÃO FICA CLARO PARA O CLIENTE. Então, o pagamento fica pendente e o cliente se irrita. Já quase perdi vendas por acharem que era golpe. Sendo que no link de pagamento do app da rede, pedem 2 dígitos do ano de vencimento - o que é o mais inteligente pq é assim que está ESCRITO no cartão de crédito (MM/AA). Ou vocês indicam que são 4 dígitos ou mudem para 3 dígitos, porque é um amadorismo incrível isso ser um problema num api que representa uma empresa tão grande como a REDE.
