Great lightweight chat plugin
I've been using this plugin on a few sites now and love the simplicity. I recently had a technical challenge and support was great and fixed it. Yes, I had to wait a day or two for reply, but seeing as it's a free plugin, that turn-around time is understandable.

cannot deactivate
The plugin is ok, naturally has worsen in every new update, but now has a total BLACK HAT PATTERN, you CANNOT DEACTIVATE THE PLUGIN. if run the same issue as me, there is a tiny greyed out link in the bottom right "skip & deactivate".

excellent plugin for whatsapp
I have been using the plugin for a year or so now and it works exactly as it should, picked up a lot of contact moments with potential guests because of the plugin, easy to install and set up, just remember to put your phone number, I accidentally left the developer's phone number...
