  • Missleading - Risks of lawsuits (says European Council)

Kind reminder that accessibility can't take shortcuts. It's like telling an online shop owner there is a widget that fixes all their UX issue. As a UX Designer, I can tell it's impossible. As an accessibility expert, I can tell this kind of solution only bring more complexity to the disable folks' experience. In January 2025, the US Federal Trade Commission ordered [similar solution name] to pay $1 million (subject to a thirty day finalisation period) due to misrepresentation that its software could make any website compliant with WCAG. Also, WCAG isn't necessarily what's needed in your country. (France is RGAA, Luxembourg is RAWeb, Europe is EN 301 549)Best is to stay informed, and don't install a magic wand that is more of a black box.

  • No features at all until connected to their application

No features at all until connected to their application. Pointless also as their scripts do the same job so waste of time

  • Missleading

You need to pay to activate this and you only find that out after you download the add in.

  • Loved it!

I work as a freelancer and I'm thoroughly satisfied with AudioEye! It was my first time using the product and it was fantastic. I used my subscription as an "extended trial" for one of my clients, and she was completely satisfied with how quickly her site was up to speed with all the accessibility requirements. I will renew my subscription as soon as any of my future clients require upgrading their website's accessibility.

  • Relieved after installing this plugin

Hello All! After installing AudioEye and a very quick set up I was completely relieved. I have been worried since I started managing websites that my efforts were not enough. After speaking to several agents from AudioEye I felt confident that this plugin would be the answer to the gaps in accessibility. The team at AudioEye is patient in answering questions and are very accessible for support after installation.
