Lack of active support
It's a great module with great functionality, but it needs some attention from support. I hope they continue to support it.

when the product is restocked, an automatic in-stock mail not work
The plugin notification for product subscriptions works when the product is out of stock. However, when the product is restocked, an automatic in-stock mail notification is not sent to the subscribers.The most important feature or functionality of this website is not working. I tried to contact live support and email them about the issue but they will never respond. Poor plugin support and plugin functionality is not working.

Brilliant plugin, even better support!
You hardly find a plugin with everything in its right place, thought through and with all settings clearly explained! The setup was a breeze, everything worked out of the box. I was looking for a good back-in-stock plugin due to GDPR concerns in the EU. This one has everything AND the Pro version lets you switch modules on/off as needed. I had one question concerning automated API stock import. The awesome customer support helped out immediately with a solution.
