The app works really well. Occasionaly there are issues that arise - as expected. Mage People are really helpful. If you are on GMT London timezone the best time to catch them is in the mornings.

price calculation according to map distance is wrong
For example, I've set the kilometer price to ₹12. However, in some locations, it displays a higher price. In some locations, it displays a lower price, while in some locations, it displays the correct price. So, the random issue, and this problem isn't solved.
