Great Support!
We've been using a number of Mage People's plugins for a number of years and on the whole they work very well and allow us to accept online bookings for our events and mangage attendees etc. We have had a few issues but teh supoort team always resolves these within 24 hours (weekdays). Saved a lot of effort
Last week I had a client project with very limited deadline (only 3 days) to complete the appointment booking system with payment for his bi-cycling event management. I tried to build it from scratch first with the help of AI, but after using 1 day I couldn't get enough. Later I found this plugin useful on my project. Also I had few problem with understanding the features but I received a good support from them over a direct call with the author. Finally within just 2 days I was able to deliver the project and it's working very smoothly. Tomorrow (Sunday) will be the first event in the new setup, hopefully it will go perfect. The ticketing is currently running without any problem with the real audience. I just want to thank for their cool support in the urgency period.

Pro version: Get out of here
The paid version of the plugin is riddled with bugs—it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had implementing a system. I regret the hundreds of hours I wasted on it. Here’s how it goes: You have to submit a support ticket for every single thing that doesn’t work (and there are tons of them). Their customer service is terrible—they don’t even seem to read your entire comment, so you have to follow up multiple times before they actually address your issue. They tell you to “try it now,” but it still doesn’t work; they don’t test it themselves, so it takes weeks to resolve the tickets. And when they fix it (if they fix it, because they just tell you it’s done)… they break something else! It seems like nothing they do makes it into the final version, and when you give them access to fix something, they update the plugin (without asking you first) and break all the "patches" implemented in the other tickets. It’s as if they’re coding without looking, or as if an AI were doing it without knowing how to use it or what they’re doing. I’ll never spend another penny on anything from MagePeople—it’s a scam, and it’s given me months of headaches.

No registration forms
If you need a registration form for your events, don't waste your time with this. Their website clearly says registratio forms is a feature, but they deliberately deceive you on this, it's only available on the paid version, and they don;t show a feature comparison anywhere. When you clickt he button on the site to see full features it just adds it to cart. Complete scammers.

Support for this plugin is dreadful. The plugin has great potential but problems are very difficult to get sorted due to poor support.
