An essential plugin for every WooCommerce store!
Finale Lite works exactly as expected and does its job perfectly. The premium version is undoubtedly even better, offering more campaign customization options and a wider range of triggers. However, the Lite version is already extremely useful and fully functional for many needs. The only downside is the integration with WPML: when translating a rule into another language, the triggers need to be recreated manually, as they are not automatically carried over from one language to the other. On the positive side, the support team is excellent, always helpful, friendly, and professional. Overall, a fantastic plugin that I highly recommend to anyone running a WooCommerce store!

Fast, effective fix after a security report — impressed by the team
Reported a security issue to XLPlugins and honestly wasn't sure what kind of response to expect from a plugin at this scale. Turned out to be one of the smoothest disclosure experiences I've had — Arun and the team acknowledged quickly, had a working fix built and sent over for verification within days, and stayed responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. Beyond the security side, it's clear this plugin is actively maintained with real engineering behind it, not just left running on autopilot. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how seriously they take their users' sites. Recommended, and my confidence in the plugin going forward is genuinely higher after this experience.

Excellent Support For Paid Version
I purchased the paid version of Finale and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the support team. When I first installed the product, there was an error message stating that the plugin had a conflict with my other plugins and the support team continued to communicate with me until they resolved the conflict and then updated their plugin to ensure that other users would not experience the same issue. I am usually not someone who posts reviews but I promised I would post a review of my experience, as I am very impressed by their level of support so far.
