THE BEST ECOMMERCE TOOL - WAAAY better than Woo and less than a year old
I stand behind all tools that suport me and my team. Fluentcart has been around less than a year, and they already blow Woocommerce and other ecommerce solutions out of the water. As long as you guys stay true to the pricing and feature models you have provided, I will continue to thrive using Fluent Cart, FluentCRM, all of the tools really are so amazing. You don't nickel and dime me like Woocommerce. As long as you guys stay true to us, your customers, we will stay true to you. All praise to the Fluent team and everything they do. May their competitors fade into the darkness, those greedy B's. If you haven't checked them out, you need to.

Great experience and engagement
WP Manage Ninja is one of the most dynamic development teams I know that you can rely on in the long term. I own licenses for the majority of their products, and from my personal experience, their support is great. They constantly fix bugs, add new features, and even rebuild their products from time to time. They are also very responsive with bug reporting and new feature request tracking from clients. That's the way it should be with any developer for WordPress.

Great service, great software - perfect with Fluent suite of plugins
At first I was cautious with migrating to Fluent, I wasn't sure how it would do. But after gaining a lot of trust from the WP Manage Ninja theme for FluentCRM en FluentCommunity I wanted to migrate. Woo was getting slower and slower and I needed lots of plug-ins.Had some trouble with a specific situation, team fixed it within 8 hours and sent me the beta release so I could continue without trouble.

A total pain to deal with.
First of all, you hijacked the default WordPress admin panel for better speed and fancy design, but did anyone every told you that it's a total mess in terms of ux? I was confused for the first few seconds about what was going on. Why does it look so weird all of a sudden? I still gave it a pass since this is an alternative to Woo, and maybe it's worth the hassle! But no. You've changed the default way of doing normal Woo actions; the user experience still sucks. I never subscribed to your dashboard theme and probably hate it even more. It created a disjointed experience and always reminded me that I'm not on a WordPress site. And to top it off, thanks to your plugin, my store's permalinks are not working even after uninstalling it. I now have to spend more time fixing the store instead of my regular tasks. I hope I never have to deal with Fluent Cart again.
