Most amazing Directory plugin! Great Support.
Listdom is one of these very rare plugins that you know the people created it had the user in mind the whole time. The range of customization available for you the user is just staggering! If you're looking for a Directory or Listings / Classifieds plugin this IS THE ONE you should get. It has everything you need and the support team is readily available to help and work with you. There's nothing like it that I've seen on WP.

Great product. Very helpful team (especially Howard!)- really impressed.
I initially created a free directory using Listdom to test the concept of my niche and it started to gain traffic quite quickly so Google seems to like the Listdom set up along with some basic seo using Yoast. I had to contact support a few times initially re some matters that I was struggling to sort myself as I am not very technical. They were all so helpful. I have recently upgraded to pro and am using the Ads Addon. I had to contact support again as i wasn't able to work out how to move the advert locations and I was fortunate enough to get Howard on the other end of the chat. He was excellent, sorted my issues, sent me detailed instructions about what to do in the future and was just an all round good person who didn't make me feel like a techno wally! I am really impressed with this product and the team. Only feed back regarding possible ux improvements would be that some video tutorials would be really helpful to people like me ,and I would imagine that in this day and age AI would be able to provide these quite easily.

Reliable, responsive support over the long haul
We've been using Listdom at Charlottesville Tomorrow for almost a year and a half to power our Housing Resource Guide — a free public tool for our community. Over that time, the Webilia team has helped us through everything from plugin conflicts and redirect bugs to custom development work. They've consistently been responsive, communicative, and willing to dig in. Most recently they resolved a critical wp-admin error same-day that had our whole directory down. Genuinely great support team — would recommend.

Brilliant!
We did alot of research on the best way to produce a local food guide directory website for our regional area. After thinking it through and looking at other plugins we are glad that we chose Listdom. It is perfect for what we need with so much baked in. We liked it so much we decided to purchase the Pro version. Kudos to the developers!Note: We use Listdom with Divi 4. Divi 5 does not seem to jive with Listdom yet.
