Confusing and broken
Generate API key → copy/paste API key → API key... invalid.

Free - Hobby change of plan wrecked the plugin.
They announced a change of plan, I think the fee is good to have a better quality of service but they limited to 3 templates which seems to me a joke. But the biggest problem is that the API no longer connects, the sending of transactional emails does not work. There has been an error while trying to send a test email. It is the error that always appears, I changed API. I made changes in DNS, I made new templates. Nothing is working with the plugin. I did a test of the API on MAKE.com and it seems that everything is correct. I do not recommend installing or hiring Mailersend because of these errors.

Amazing and necessary plugin, but...
The plugin don't have a field to show the shipping method. Need some updates to stay 100%.

Top ESP for transactional emails
I'm using MailerSend for a a few WooCommerce projects I have and it's been a pleasure setting it up, creating emails and having high deliverability. Highly recommended.

Only Sends WooCommerce Emails
The mailersend application is fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough about deliverability and functionality. However, if you are using this as a transactional email system for WooCommerce you cannot use the mailersend templates (which are particularly good) and have Mailersend send other WordPress-related emails, such as comment notifications and other emails such as Gravity Form entries. You cannot run this plugin and the MailerSend SMTP plugin together as it will create a critical WordPress error on transactional email sends. This seems like an oversight and I’m not really sure why these two plugins cannot be one and handle not only transactional WooCommerce but also WordPress emails.
