  • Fixed a very annoying issue

    I don't know about you, but my clients, who tend to be older, slightly technophobic gentlemen, tend to take offense at the fact that pressing an email address doesn't automatically open Outlook, or asks them to associate the clicked link with an app. This solved the issue by giving them clear, easy options with mailto and tel links. Haven't heard a peep since! Wishing the author continued success!

  • Perfect addition to tel and mailto links

    Works right out of the box to make mailto and tel links actually work properly for users instead of opening a default email program or tel links not working properly on desktops. I love the open in Whatsapp functionality for phone numbers, just make sure you format then properly or they wont open. Thank you for making this code easily available with this wp plugin so I don't have to code it myself.
