Good Plugin
Fast and compatible with other many plugins

Not working with block editor anymore
From being one of the best block plugins to becoming one of the worst. The developer maid a chouse to disable default WordPress block controls, that makes layout management impossible. As an example margins are disabled, making column and grid blocks useless. So now you need to pay for Pro version of Otter, so you can use Free WordPress features for default WordPress blocks!?! I'm never using this plugin or the theme on a single new site again.

Slow on compatibility with latest WordPress updates.
Still no compatibility with WordPress 6.9 and Gutenberg API v3... 7 months later. "Block with API version 2 or lower is deprecated since version 6.9. Note: The block "themeisle-blocks/content-generator" is registered with API version 2. This means that the post editor may work as a non-iframe editor. Since all editors are planned to work as iframes in the future, set the apiVersion field to 3 and test the block inside the iframe editor."

This was the only plugin I could find that allowed blog posts in a card format. I also like that shadows can be added to blocks.
