Excellent support that actually solves problems
I have been using Kadence while developing a fairly complex WordPress project and have had a very positive experience with their support team. I recently reported two separate issues. In both cases, support took the time to understand and investigate the problem properly. The issues were eventually identified and logged as bugs, and I was provided with working temporary solutions that allow me to continue development while waiting for permanent fixes. What I especially appreciate is the communication throughout the process. The responses have been professional, helpful and technically relevant, rather than just generic troubleshooting steps. Excellent support and a very good experience overall.

Excellent Support
I have been using Kadence Blocks for a few years now and recently ran into what I thought was an issue with one of their blocks. I contacted support and they immediately jumped on it and figured out it was not actually their plugin but another that was conflicting. I cannot commend them enough for the professionalism and knowledge they showed while fixing this issue. Thank you Rajiv!

Kadence Blocks & Pro Failing
I genuinely wanted Kadence Blocks and Pro to work. Purchased the pro version and am using the Kadence free WP theme. When this plugin is activated about 50% of the time I am unable to edit pages. When I try to edit a page in Wordpress I see blank pages. Nothing loads. To try and fix this I have had to deactivate all other plugins several times, which sometimes fixes it. I am having to move to another plugin just to stay productive. Huge disappointment.

Kadence offers amazing support!
Kadence Blocks is powerful on its own, but the support takes it to another level. Brent Wilson was fantastic—he patiently helped me work through a custom scripting solution to improve accessibility. I really appreciate his dedication and expertise!

Premium user. I've never seen anything so convoluted, confusing and UNINTUITIVE! I can't get any work done as I'm constantly trying to uncover how the stupid thing functions. And they keep stacking complexity as if that's going to make it better. Support and documentation are so scattered or simply non-existent... Don't even bother googling for answers, they don't exist. Even AI can't decipher most how this ridiculous theme works; it returns unrelated nonsense because there's no sensible documentation for it to draw from. Wish I'd never gotten involved in this madness.
