Features
The feature list from the plugin's own readme on WordPress.org, trimmed to the essentials.
- Google AdSense – when ads are enabled, visitors’ browsers load https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js, which requests and shows ads.…
- Google Funding Choices / consent messages – only if you use Google’s own consent message in AdSense; AdFlow waits for it and does not load it itself
- Your own site – the ads.txt checker requests your site’s public /ads.txt URL to confirm it is reachable. No data is sent anywhere else
- Custom code units load whatever third-party code you paste into them; that network’s terms apply

Found a Plugin I Can Use
I've tested many but this one is the easiest one I have used so far, just put my PUB ID in and then set up my Google AdSense and within minutes they were showing, no extra code or anything, so simple to use.
