Easy to install with Great support.
After I installed the plugin, and began configuring it for testing and deployment, I encountered 2 problems. One was related to changing the setting to the local time so I could schedule online sessions (Eastern time wasn't available). The other (evidently) was related to a conflict with my installation that prevented Virtual Classroom's [shortcodes] from displaying. Each time I sent a description of a problem, I received a quick response and an update that resolved it. The developer / support person accompanied each response with a statement that assured the his continued support. He also solicited suggestions for improvement with each response. I still have a lot to learn, so I'm happy with the plugin and for the support behind it.

Excellent plugin that allows you to easily and reliably connect to the BBB server of your choice and provide educational services through your wordpress site.

Goog plugin, good support...
The plugin does what it is supposed to do. We had a technical problem - the support responded very quickly and recognized and solved the problem immediately. Great work! Thank you very much!

Does everything it promises
Plugin does everything it promises. I intend to use it in few of my projects so I paid for pro version. Plugin basically has no issue when it comes to functionality. I recommend this over any other (well there are so few...) Bigbluebutton plugins.My review previously had 4 stars but had to change it to 5 stars because their support is really helpful and really fast when it comes to solve bugs or adding new features. Really good experience.
