Absolutely Awesome Plugin
I've been doing some deeper analysis and looking for the right plugin for analytics that is self-hosted and able to avoid cookie notices for Europe. I came across this plugin and the writings of the creator and I became sold on it. I love that (at least as of Oct 2026) this is the only analytics plugin that tracks and records AI agents vs Users. It is fantastic and I'm now working on adding this for all 8 websites I'm looking after. One note of an addition, if it is possible. It would be good to know how long someone has been on a page or I think it is with others like what the bounce rate is etc. But otherwise, please keep up the good work and the idea's you have been writing about Jean.

Private stats that stay on my own site
I run it on my personal blog. There's no outside account to create. Everything lives in wp-admin. The Overview is easy to read and starts with what changed since the previous period. I also like the "Views (30d)" column in the Posts list. The data stays in my own database, and it can import history from GA4 and plugins like Jetpack Stats. If you want simple, private analytics for your WordPress site without sending your visitors' data to a third party, Vireo is worth a try.

Clean, honest analytics I can finally trust
Vireo Analytics is exactly what I needed: a fast, clean dashboard, real human traffic with bots filtered out, no cookies and no consent banner. The cherry on top is the Google Search Console connection. Highly recommended!

Genuinely helpful insights
Vireo looks like it's going to be more than just a typical analytics plugin. Even this early on, the stats, settings, and insights are presented in a way that's easy to understand. And it's good to see that it distinguishes between real human visitors and other types of requests which typically skew the stats in other plugins. Looking forward to seeing what more insights it can deliver over time rather than just numbers.

Simple and efficient
I've installed Vireo Analytics on my website, and it's the simple and efficient solution I was looking for. I just need to know how many visitors I have and which pages are the most viewed—without having to give away all that information (and much more!) to the usual Internet pirates.

Best interface of any WP analytics plugin I've used
I've tried a lot of WordPress analytics plugins over the years, and Vireo has the best interface of the lot. It gives you plenty of detail without the clutter, and it's privacy-conscious, which is exactly what I want from analytics. It's the one I've stuck with.
