It should be able to work with a whitelist, but it’s still very good
Although the plugin doesn’t work with a whitelist, but rather via a blacklist, it’s a good plugin. And the support team has provided me with all the explanations I need to continue using it.

Plugin was buggy, but excellent support
After a general plugin update, our website ran into serious issues. We were able to narrow down the cause to WholesaleX plugin version 3.0.3. I contacted their support team, and their response was very fast. They quickly identified the issue and provided a fix that resolved the problem. The support team definitely deserves 5 stars. I’m giving an overall 4-star rating, however, because the plugin itself caused a significant issue after the update. Great support when it really mattered.

Solid plugin, and support that actually digs into technical issues
We ran into a tricky bug where the variation price cache kept growing unbounded, eventually causing fatal memory errors on category pages with a lot of products and variations. I reported it with the technical details, and the support team (thanks Owadud and Shahriar) didn't just brush it off, they followed up and confirmed the fix in the new v3 release, which resolved it completely. WholesaleX itself covers everything we needed for running a combined B2B/B2C WooCommerce store: role based visibility, pricing, and tax display all work well once configured. Appreciate the responsiveness and the willingness to actually look into a non-trivial issue instead of giving a generic answer. Recommended.
