  • Quick and Helpful

    I was using a three server environment hosting, which led to some hiccups in which site was being seen as the 'live' one and I emailed support. They were quick to respond and ended up getting everything updated to get the store processing as it should. Super helpful!

    I had an issue with invoicing after I changed my invoicing details. WooPayments still generated reports for the old invoicing details. WooCommerce support was extremely quick to respond, understood the problem and fixed it in no time. Very impressed! This kind of change has had other companies (telcos, looking at you) stumped for months, but Woo solved it the way it should. Thanks!

  • Changed owners 2FA

    President of the company left 2 years ago and did not relinquish 2FA control. Fortunately the account was registered with an email address at company, but 2FA was to president's phone. When logging in, the system would always send 2FA notification to the phone on file, which we did not have access to. Working with support, we were able to access the account by presidents old email, but still could not change the 2FA. Finally found that when signing in, there's an option, "No longer have access to this device" which allowed us to reset the 2FA phone number. We have access to the account again!Thank you for your help!
