Actually blocks scripts, not just a banner
Used CookieRay on a couple of client sites for GDPR compliance. Strict mode genuinely holds back GA4 and Meta Pixel until consent is given, confirmed it in DevTools myself. Setup took about 10 minutes, banner customization is easy, and Consent Mode v2 worked fine with my existing GTM setup. Solid free plugin if you need real script blocking, not just a banner for show.
