Uninstalling - Too many ads in the Dashboard
We are finally abandoning this plugin. Hashbar now injects advertisements into the top of the WordPress dashboard.

Banner will not disappear in admin pages.
They put a banner in the WordPress admin page that you can not get rid of .... Clicked on all three options to dismiss...
