Great Plugin and Functionality, Sometimes Hard to Set It Up
I love the plugin and the functionality it brings -- plus some extra features you can build with it, as slapping some little widget on a page is a great foundation for "doing stuff" (beyond just setting up Chat).Initial problems with setting it up can be a bit of a pain, but when solved things work nicely! If you're like me and step into some initial problems, look around for community posts: these usually have the answers you need (check Reddit, HighLevel forums and HL "university" & more)...

This plugin works, but barely
I've used Lead Connector in tandem with the GoHighLevel CRM for over two years now, and this plugin has had bugs and glitches for as long as I've been using it. Connecting your account to sync forms, chat widgets, and other stuff from the CRM typically takes 2-3 tries and refreshing the page/clearing the cache to get things to work. After that, it works fine.

over 80,000 CRONS created - crashed our server
Brutal! Hours wasted trying to figure. out how to get rid of these cron events. Even after the LeadConnector app was removed, we deleted the cron events and they returned. Caused major issues for every website on our server.

Easy to Integrate
The plugin is easy to integrate and works as intended.

Poor support
This plugin just cost me 3 hours of support during routing maintenance today. I eventually found this plugin to be the issue after I couldn't get into my site, or make changes via cpanel. Also the latest update is only 3 days old, yet not sure if it's compatible with the latest versions of WP...

50K cron jobs disaster
It's a great idea when it works but recently I spent 3 days trying to figure out why my server's CPU was suddenly at 100% non stop. Eventually, figured out. Loadconnector kept creating cron jobs (that are supposed to go off twice a day) every few seconds. Now, try to picture removing 50K cron jobs from multiple sites when the CPU is overloaded (chicken and egg disaster) and you can't remove more than a few at a time or it completely crashes. 3 days without sleep just to get sites back live and server to normal performance. Now, I installed updated version (hopefully, the issue is fixed) and there are no more options for any other chat widgets than a 'chatbot widget'. Now, I can't even use 'sms/email chat' widget anymore? What happened? I love GHL but this plugin... if it only did what it is meant to do reliably, I'd be happy to change my rating.
