Good Customer Support
I have not been able to see the results yet on the website this was installed on. It looks to be processing. However, the set-up with the API gave me some difficulty and their support team did a great job helping me along the way.

Gave Up Trying To Setup
Unfortunately, setup is overly complicated. Written instructions can be confusing and graphic instructions seem to me to be better than the text instructions. But I don't have time to spend an afternoon setting this up. Maybe I am preoccupied with other more pressing affairs. This might be a good, effective application, but I only see a few comments per year here, and there is no cascading influx of users over time as spread of its positive efficacy "spreads" among a growing pool of users. My bet is that most prospective users bail about 10 minutes into the install.
