- Meta titles and descriptions: Templates for the homepage, every post type, every taxonomy and the author, date, search and 404 archives — with a live preview…
- SEO metabox: Override any template on the posts that matter, with a real Google preview measured in pixels, not characters
- Bulk editor: Fix the SEO title and meta description of a hundred posts from one table, with live character counters
- Content analysis: Focus keyword checks across the title, URL, meta description, first paragraph, headings, images and links
- SEO score on your posts list: A score and a badge for each check beside every post, so you can find the weakest ones at a glance
- Schema markup: A JSON-LD graph you control — organization or person, logo, sitelinks search box, social profiles, article markup and breadcrumbs
- Local SEO: LocalBusiness structured data with your full address, phone number and opening hours
- Breadcrumbs: A [crawlwp_breadcrumbs] shortcode with your own labels, separator and main category
- Open Graph and X cards: Control how every page looks when it is shared, with a preview in the editor and a fallback image

Excellent plugin and truly outstanding support!
CrawlWP does exactly what I need — indexing and API settings work flawlessly. I ran into a conflict with another SEO plugin, and the support team didn't just fix it — they actually made it better and more convenient than before. They were quick, patient, and really went the extra mile. It's rare to find a plugin with such responsive and helpful support. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable crawling and indexing solution. Thank you so much — you guys are the best! 🙏

Good Customer Support
I have not been able to see the results yet on the website this was installed on. It looks to be processing. However, the set-up with the API gave me some difficulty and their support team did a great job helping me along the way.

The End of the Indexing Waiting Game
If you manage a WordPress site, you probably know the frustration: you hit "Publish" on a fantastic piece of content, and then... crickets. Waiting days or weeks for Google to discover your work means lost traffic and letting competitors pull ahead. That’s exactly why I installed CrawlWP, and after testing it thoroughly, I can confidently say it’s an absolute game-changer for my SEO strategy. Unlike typical SEO plugins that just grade your keywords, CrawlWP solves a real technical headache: indexing speed. I no longer have to manually beg Google Search Console to crawl my new pages. CrawlWP automates everything by connecting directly to the Google Indexing API and the IndexNow protocol. Here are the features that won me over: Instant Indexing: Whenever I publish, update, or delete a post, CrawlWP silently pings the search engines in the background. What used to take a week to appear on Google now frequently indexes in just 24–48 hours. Auto-Indexing Forgotten Content: This is pure gold. The plugin automatically scans my site for orphaned or unindexed pages and pushes them to search engines for me. Built-in GSC Insights: I can check my hard data (clicks, impressions, average position, CTR) straight from my WordPress dashboard. Bulk Submission: When I update dozens of old posts at once, a single click sends them all to be crawled immediately. I've stopped wasting time worrying about whether search bots will show up. Whether you run a growing blog or manage multiple niche sites, the time and traffic you save make this plugin invaluable. CrawlWP is the technical ace up my sleeve. It’s fast, lightweight, and delivers real results. 10/10!

Gave Up Trying To Setup
Unfortunately, setup is overly complicated. Written instructions can be confusing and graphic instructions seem to me to be better than the text instructions. But I don't have time to spend an afternoon setting this up. Maybe I am preoccupied with other more pressing affairs. This might be a good, effective application, but I only see a few comments per year here, and there is no cascading influx of users over time as spread of its positive efficacy "spreads" among a growing pool of users. My bet is that most prospective users bail about 10 minutes into the install.
