Great App & Support
We've had Retainful attached to our main website now for a couple of years. It's a great way to automatically keep in touch with customers whilst still personalising your emails.We did have a bit of a problem after the upgrade to the new system, but the support is excellent and they ensured that we were up and running quickly, and where we'd missed some email opportunities, they helped us catch up.

I’ve been very impressed with the support provided by Retainful. The team always responds quickly and clearly makes it a priority to resolve any issues. The plugin itself has generally worked well. Although there have been a few occasional hiccups, the support team has always done its best to investigate and fix them, and the issues have ultimately been resolved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the paid version of Retainful and especially appreciate the fast and helpful customer support.
