Breaks contact form...
This plugin basically breaks the functionality of the Elementor contact forms on your website. The Site Mailer plugin creates an email that overrides all emails sent from your website. So for example, when you set up your contact form to send a message to you, and you hit reply to that message (hoping that it will reply to the person who was filling out the contact form), you will also be replying to your website. This means that when you hit send you receive an ugly message saying that the sending failed (when it only failed sending the message to your own website). I have had multiple clients writing to me asking why their emails were failing when replying to people from their contact form. I even asked if there was some fix to this, and the support people couldn't understand my problem (they kept saying I was entering the email incorrectly when sending a message in my email application!!!?! Like how far from my issue could you be? I'm on Elementor!?). *Update* I have had a back and forth email exchange with the Elementor support team about this issue for days now, and the conclusion was that they don't plan to fix this any time soon, so I won't be using this anymore, and am considering ending my Elementor subscription entirely.

Site Mailer Glitch
I've been using Site Mailer for a while now. But I installed it for a new client and the plugin is not working. "Sorry there was a glitch. Try refreshing the page. if that does not resolve the issue try reconnecting your account to continue using Site Mailer. I've done all of the above and nothing works. This is soooo annoying.

it forces you to set a Reply-To address
I’m unfortunately not satisfied with Site Mailer because it forces you to set a Reply-To address in the plugin settings. There is no option to leave this field empty. For websites that use advanced form plugins like JetFormBuilder, the Reply-To address should be managed within the form itself (for example, replying directly to the email address entered by the visitor). Because Site Mailer always adds its own Reply-To header, it interferes with this behavior and results in replies being sent to multiple addresses. It would greatly improve the plugin if the Reply-To field could be left empty or disabled, so form plugins can fully control the email headers. At the moment this limitation makes Site Mailer difficult to use in combination with more advanced form setups.

Installed without my consent
This plugin suddenly appeared on my site without me ever installing it. I can only assume it was pushed through an Elementor update, which is completely unacceptable behavior. Plugins should never be auto-installed without explicit consent. It clutters the site admin with features I didn’t ask for and don’t need. It raises serious trust and security concerns when software appears on production websites without my approval. If Elementor or this plugin’s developers want users to try it, they should offer it as an optional install, not force it onto sites. This kind of behavior erodes trust and makes me question the integrity of the platform. I immediately uninstalled it.

Site Mailer The Best Option!
I don't understand negative reviews. Site Mailer is fantastic. It really solve email delivery issues. The free plan is enough almost always and premium plan is not expensive. Thank you so much!
