Great set of sales and outreach tools
After in depth analysis of what is out there, I opted for funnelkit, and I do not regret it a bit. Not only does it work very smoothly within my rather dense ecosystem of plugins, I must say support has truly been stellar. They give importance to even minor issues, and turnaround time is really impressive. I highly recommend Funnelkit.

Amazing support and awesome plugin
This plugin is awesome. Keeping transactional and broadcast/newsletter emails to customers within the Woocommerce shop system is so much better than trying to import this data to an external email client. It is easy to setup, use ongoing, syncs so quickly with orders and to top it all off the support when I did have a question about setup was so fast and thorough. 10/10.

My perfect solution
After literal months of trying other off-site services that sounded like they'd do what I need only to spend so much time setting it all up and find some very basic element missing, I found Funnelkit's automation and finally had the custom emails for my physical and digital ecommerce site. The automations alone are worth the money. Very easy to understand for an ecommerce newbie I had it all set up in a day or two, and the customer support is tops too.

Brilliant all round!
Purchased their funnelkit pro package and it's been a dream to use on our ecommerce site. It hugely improves on the basic woocommerce checkout experience and adds a whole lot of other features such as upsells, email customisation and more detailed customer profiles and segmentation. We required a couple of very specific compatability adjustments to be made and paid a little extra for this due to the complexity and uniqueness of the work and they did a superb job.Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience and highly recommended.
