Simply the best
I install this plugin on every website as it's the only one with logs and fallback server. So I can have SendinBlue without their plugin (don't use newsletters, only transactional emails) and in case it can't be used for delivery, my own SMTP server is used. It works great. Only issue I have is problem with sending emails to non-existing addresses as this prevents sending email completely (would be nice to have the email delivered to website admin at least, even if Reply-To is wrong)2026/08 UPDATE: I can keep recommending this plugin, today we had a headache fixing all the websites with broken credentials and no emails sent for hours (because some people sleep). This is not the first issue with the plugin and it became bulky as well. Simple SMTP + email log can be found in lighter plugins too. Even after updating from bugged beta to 4.0.1 the emails won't be delivered, because the settings in database were broken and the password is not working, needs to be set again.

A great product and great service, too
As I have been building my new sites, I have looked for a plugin that would work on my multisite network. Post SMTP does! But somewhere along the way, I made a newbie mistake and couldn't fix it. No problem! Mubashir talked me through some possibilities, but when I just couldn't get it working again, he did. He was so patient, waiting until I understood one thing before giving me any other thoughts. I may be a newbie, but I made the right choice in Post SMTP.

Great debugging tool
The built-in email log has saved me multiple times when troubleshooting delivery issues. Much better visibility than what I had before switching from another SMTP plugin.

they are very helpful
I'm a bit of a beginner, and I have to update my PHP. The PHP checker told me that this wasn't compatible with the latest version of PHP, which I thought was a bit odd because it had been updated only five days before; it didn't seem like an abandoned plugin. I wrote to them, and they've been really helpful and said it's fully compatible with all the latest versions of PHP. Very nice people, thank you very much for the support.
