Over done, bloated, takes over your menu,
Nothing to like here, while someone has spent some time designing this plugin, for the first time user it's a failure and you might as well stop using Gutenberg and go to Blocks which is still hated by many. Why is it plugin makers love to add a special menu item just for them? What do we have "Tools or Settings" options for, this is really an invasion and way to create bloat and waste our screen space. You'll spend far too much time trying to get this to work and figured out. When the basics are needed and should be built on not the other way around. Sorry wanted to like it but it was a turn off to use

Great plugin & support
I was looking for a plugin that allows unlimited pop-up displays, and Firebox has been a great find. It’s easy to set up, offers solid templates, and includes useful analytics. On top of that, when I needed a specific feature and ran into display issues caused by WP Rocket, the support team, especially Stergos, went above and beyond to help and resolve everything quickly.

Great plugin and amazing support
I'm quite new to FireBox and I find it a lot easier to use than my previous solution for newsletter opt-ins. Whenever I have a question, the support is replying super quick. I'm very happy about my decision to use FireBox.
